为推进人工智能时代跨文化研究的理论创新与实践探索,中国翻译协会跨文化交流研究委员会(原中国跨文化交际学会)将于2025年9月26日-28日,在湖南吉首大学(张家界校区)召开“第二十一届中国跨文化研究年会”。
本届年会的主题是“人工智能时代的跨文化研究与实践”,旨在为国内外从事跨文化研究的学者、外语教师和业界人士搭建一个交流分享的平台,促进跨学科对话,推动跨文化研究的理论创新,为促进文明互鉴、共建人类命运共同体作出贡献。
本次会议由中国翻译协会跨文化交流研究委员会主办,吉首大学外国语学院和湖南大学外国语学院联合承办,外语教学与研究出版社、《跨文化研究论丛》协办。大会将邀请国内外跨文化研究领域的知名学者作主旨发言,并组织专题研讨、圆桌讨论、工作坊、海报发表等交流形式。会议语言为中文或英文。

The 21st Annual International Conference of the China Association for Intercultural Communication (CAFIC)
Call for Papers (No.1)
To advance theoretical innovation and practical exploration in intercultural research in the era of artificial intelligence (AI), the China Association for Intercultural Communication (CAFIC) will convene the 21st Annual Conference on Intercultural Research at Jishou University (Zhangjiajie Campus) in Hunan Province from September 26th to 28th, 2025.
The conference, themed “Intercultural Research and Practice in the Era of AI”, endeavors to establish a platform for scholars, foreign language educators, and industry professionals engaged in intercultural studies to exchange ideas and share insights. It seeks to foster interdisciplinary dialogue, advance theoretical innovation in intercultural research, and contribute to promoting mutual learning among civilizations and building a global community of shared future.
The College of Foreign Studies at Jishou University and the School of Foreign Languagesat Hunan University cordially invite submissions for the event. The conference will bring together scholars working in different strands of intercultural communication research from across China and abroad for three days of interdisciplinary exchange to promote international understanding.
The conference is hosted by CAFIC in partnership with the College of Foreign Studies at Jishou University and the School of Foreign Languages at Hunan University, with support from the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press and Intercultural Studies Forum.
The program will feature keynote addresses, invited colloquia, and roundtable discussions. The official languages for the conference proceedings will be English and Chinese.
